4. Don't count the days - eventually I learned to not count the days because it let me forget about NoFap while I was accumulating experience of a fap-free lifestyle - it became normal for me to just go to bed without fapping - I kept my Manhood app tucked away in a random folder. But not counting the days is for when I was confident that I could go 2 weeks without fapping - I needed to count the days for motivation while I was crawling on my hands and knees through shards of glass just to get a 7-day streak.
5. Filters on the phone and laptop - easy to do and they work well- comment below if you'd like to know the names of specific apps- but during intense urges I'd simply take them off, so it was a weak barrier to me.
6. Don't be too hard on yourself for relapsing, while also not being too easy on yourself. Relapses will happen as the journey is rarely linear- I’ve relapsed over a hundred times since I started. I’d often write down everything I could about the relapse in the Manhood app to gather as much intel on the situation that I could.
7. Conditioning the glands of the penis - sensitivity can lead to random urges. We can decrease the sensitivity by regularly and carefully conditioning the glands with tissue paper (rubbing, twisting). This will desensitise the glands and lead to less urges. If successfully conditioned, it will also increase longevity in the bedroom.
8. Prioritise true love and real social interactions. Go outside, love your friends and family, love your pets, love nature, God, the universe- prioritise what you love about life.

10. Get to the root causes of why this habit exists for you and for other people- understand it as deeply as possibly, in the same way that you'd endeavour to understand any trap as deeply as possible. The more we know about it the easier it is to get out of it.
11. Sexual transmutation - make sure to spend all the energy that you're naturally accumulating. You can do this by being more outgoing, playing music, going hard in the gym, making people laugh.
12. Get coaching - it takes humility but you should get guidance from someone who's already where you want to be.
